– Standard 8 Year Extended Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. We warranty this appliance to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and to perform satisfactorily in household use for a period of 8 years parts and labour on the motor and 1 years parts and labour for the full machine. Warranty starts from the date of purchase. The jug assembllies are built to the highest standards and under normal circumstances do not break or deteriorate other than by incorrect use. They are covered for the first 12 months of ownership when used in accordance with the instructions provided.
  2. This warranty is extended by Greenis International LTD (GIL) to the owner of this machine for personal household use only. The warranty does not apply to products used for commercial, rental or re-sale purposes.
  3. WHAT IS COVERED
    GIL warrants to the owner that if this machine (a “machine” consists of a motor blender base and/or any jug assembly purchased together) fails within the warranty time periods defined in Item 1 above due to a defect in material or workmanship, TJA will, within 10 days of receipt of the returned product, repair or replace the failed machine or component part of the machine free of charge. Warranty eligibility is subject to use compliant with the accompanying instructions.
  4. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
    This warranty does not apply to machines that have been used commercially or in non-household applications. This warranty does not cover cosmetic changes that do not affect performance, such as discoloration of parts of the product in the hands of the user or the effects of the use of abrasive cleaners or food build up that will not be warranted or considered defects. This warranty does not cover the supplied tamper or the results of using the tamper without the supplied lid, or the introduction of any other non-food item into the machine during operation. The warranty will not apply if damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, maladjustment of customer controls, use on an incorrect voltage, power surges and dips, thunderstorm activity, acts of God, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorized repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the product. Warranty does not cover damage done to any product by using the machine with an alternate power source (solar, inverter, generator, etc.) and the use of these devices to power your appliance is not recommended. Warranty does not cover ‘normal’ wear and tear resulting from normal use of the product and parts.
  5. WHAT VOIDS THIS WARRANTY
    Abuse, misuse, negligent use, alteration of the machine, exposure to abnormal or extreme conditions, or failure to follow the operating instructions will void this Warranty. This warranty is also void if repairs to the machine or any component part of the machine are performed by someone without prior authorisation by GIL or if any component part of a machine subject to this warranty is used in combination with a motor base or container that is not expressly a branded Greenis part.
  6. HOW TO OBTAIN RETURN AUTHORIZATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY
    In the event that the Machine or any component part of the Machine needs service or repair, please contact us prior to any return. The purchaser may be required to send images of the defect.
  7. POSTAGE.
    The customer is responsible for the cost of the return of the product to GIL, return postage to the consumer after repair will be the responsibility of GIL. Good shipped from the owner to GIL are done so at the owner’s risk. For your protection we recommend insured, tracked delivery. Customers should ensure that the product being returned is properly packaged so as to ensure that no damage occurs to the product during return shipping.
  8. REPLACEMENT PARTS
    GIL reserves the right to repair or replace the product or relevant part with the same or equivalent product or part, rather than repair the original. Where a replacement is provided the product or part replaced becomes the property of GIL. GIL may replace parts with refurbished parts. Replacement of the product or a part does not extend or restart the warranty period.
  9. REPLACEMENT VALUE & LIABILITY
    In no event GIL’s liability exceed the retail value of the product.
  10. CONSUMER RIGHTS UNDER THE UK CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT
    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the UK consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

T1000 – Standard 3 Year Extended Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. We warranty this appliance to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and to perform satisfactorily in household use for a period of 3 years for parts on the motor and 2 years parts and labour for the full machine. Warranty starts from the date of purchase. The auger and strainers are built to the highest standards and under normal circumstances do not break or deteriorate without incorrect use. They are only covered for the first 24 months of ownership when used in accordance with the instructions provided. This warranty does not extend to accessories.
  2. This warranty is extended by OmniBlend International PTY LTD trading as Torus Cold Press Juicers Australia (TJA) to the owner of this machine for personal household use only. The warranty does not apply to products used for commercial, rental or re-sale purposes. Should ownership of the machine change during the warranty period, please update the machine’s owner information at www.omniblendaustralia.com.au
  3. WHAT IS COVERED
    OmniBlend Australia warrants to the owner that if this machine (a “machine” consists of a motor blender base and any containers purchased together) fails within the warranty time periods defined in Item 1 above due to a defect in material or workmanship, TJA will, within 10 days of receipt of the returned product, repair or replace the failed machine or component part of the machine free of charge. These warranty terms and conditions last revised 1 September 2019 and apply to purchases on and after this date.

 

30 Day Returns and Refunds

  1. To show our confidence in our juicers and to reassure you about your purchase we offer a 30 day refund policy on our juicers. If for any reason you are not satisfied you must contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase. The only thing we request is that you give us the opportunity to discuss your concerns so we might help you through any problems you might be experiencing. The choice to request a refund remains yours.
  2. Please note arrangement and payment for shipping items back to us for a full purchase price refund must be covered by the customer. All supplied components must be returned in the original box. If you would like to arrange a return please call 02 6619 0245 or write to us via our contact form. Please always quote your order number.
  3. Refunds are made using the same method of payment by which you purchased. If you purchased with AfterPay and your item is returned before the first payment then you can cancel the payment plan yourself and pay nothing. If your first instalment has already been paid we can cancel the rest of your payment plan and refund the initial payment(s). Log into your AfterPay account to confirm revisions to your payment schedule.
